Frontier Airlines Offers Fares Starting at $56* Each Way
DENVER, July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The temperature may be rising, but fares are falling at Frontier Airlines. The Denver-based carrier today announced a three-day sale starting Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Flyers can take advantage of fares across the United States, and Mexico as low as $56* each way. Sale- priced tickets must be purchased by 9:59 p.m. MDT on July 18, 2008, for travel through October 29, 2008.
Along with low fares, Frontier's flyers can enjoy 24 channels of DIRECTV, a choice of four pay-per-view movies and the comfort of traveling aboard one of the youngest fleets in the industry. * Fares are shown each way and roundtrip purchase is required for off peak travel through 10/29/08. Fares on other days of the week may be slightly higher. Tickets purchased from Frontier's website must be paid for with a major credit card at the time the reservation is made. Tickets must be booked and paid by 9:59 pm MDT 7/18/08. Fares do not include passenger facility fees of up to $18 roundtrip, the September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 roundtrip or fees of $3.50 per segment. A segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. Seats are limited and certain flights and/or days of travel may be unavailable at these prices, especially during busy travel periods. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but may be reissued for a $100 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for these special fare tickets. Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice and other restrictions may apply. Based on July 2008 schedule, flights may be operated by Lynx Aviation.
US: Service to from Florida may be less than daily. 14 day advance purchase required. Off-peak travel valid Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Seasonal Service to/from Hartford, CT ends 9-3-08. Seasonal service to Jackson Hole, WY ends 9-8-08. Service to from Louisville, KY ends 8-26-08.
Canada: 14 day advance purchase required. Off-peak travel valid Tuesday, Wednesday. Fares do not include US Immigration fee of $7. In addition, Canadian taxes, surcharges and fees of up to $40 roundtrip are not included in the fare amount. Seasonal Service to/from Vancouver ends 9/14/08. Passports are now required for travel to/from Canada for all travelers.
**Mexico: Service to/from Mexico is Saturday only. Off Peak travel to/from Mexico is Saturday only through 10-18-08. Maximum stay for Mexico travel is 120 days. All international fares are subject to U.S. arrival and departure taxes and agricultural, immigrations and customs fees of up to $50 round-trip which are not included in the fare amount. For travel to some countries, additional airport, transportation, embarkation, security, and passenger service taxes/surcharges of up to $170 will apply depending on destination. Passports are required for international travel.
