Aug 1, 2007Colorado's Airline Celebrates State's Birthday With SaleFrontier Airlines' Colora-dough Day Sale Fares Begin at $118 Roundtrip DENVER, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: FRNT), which recently celebrated its 13th year as Denver's hometown airline, is excited to announce a major sale beginning today, Wednesday, Aug. 1 -- the 131st anniversary of Colorado's statehood. Flyers can take advantage of fares as low as $59* each way between Denver and 56 cities across North America, including new destinations Baton Rouge, Jacksonville, Rapid City, Sioux City and Wichita. Travelers must purchase sale-priced round-trip tickets by 9:59 p.m. MDT on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2007, for travel between Aug. 21 and Nov. 14, 2007. Along with low fares, flyers enjoy Frontier's 24 channels of DIRECTV, a choice of four pay-per-view movies and the comfort of traveling aboard one of the youngest fleets in the industry. Tickets must be booked and paid for by 9:59 pm MDT, 8/2/07 or within 24 hours, whichever comes first for travel 8/21 thru 11/14/07. Fares do not include passenger facility fees of up to $18 roundtrip, the September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 roundtrip or fees of $3.40 per segment. A segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. Seats are limited and certain flights and/or days of travel may be unavailable at these prices, especially during busy travel periods. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be reissued for a $100 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare.
