"All of us at Frontier are thrilled to be named the best low cost carrier in the U.S. by readers of Business Traveler," said Jeff Potter, president and CEO of Frontier Airlines. This recognition would not be possible without the 5,000 Frontier employees who go above and beyond everyday to ensure that our passengers have the best possible experience on Frontier. Clearly, they are doing their jobs. I'd like to thank our amazing staff and our loyal customers for making this award possible."
