Rita Cuddihy Joins Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. Board of Directors
DENVER, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRNT) today announced that Rita M. Cuddihy has been appointed to its Board of Directors. With the addition of Cuddihy, the airline's Board consists of nine directors. Cuddihy has been appointed to serve a term through the airline's next annual shareholders meeting, which will take place in September 2007.

Cuddihy has almost 30 years of airline and travel industry experience, primarily in the areas of marketing and planning. Over the past four years Cuddihy has held several senior level marketing positions with Marriott International and she currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Renaissance North America for Marriott International where she is responsible for the all facets of the operations and marketing for one of Marriott's premier brands.
Prior to joining Marriott in 2002, Cuddihy developed extensive marketing and operational experience in the airline industry, having served as the President and CEO of US Airways Shuttle, as well as both Vice President of Marketing and Distribution Planning and Vice President, Alliances and Customer Advocacy for US Airways. During her decade-long tenure with US Airways, Cuddihy was, at various times, responsible for all marketing functions including advertising, promotions, product development, frequent flyer programs, clubs, consumer credit card programs, relationship marketing and branding. While serving as President and CEO of US Airways Shuttle, Cuddihy led all marketing, financial and operational facets of this regional airline in the Northeast corridor, one of the most competitive markets in the U.S.
In addition to her US Airways positions, Cuddihy spent 14 years serving in several senior marketing, planning and scheduling roles at other airlines including Continental, Braniff, Frontier Horizon, Texas American Airlines and Pioneer Airlines.
Cuddihy currently resides in Evergreen, Colo. with her husband Bob Kauffman.
