"The partnership that Volunteers of America has forged with our friends at Frontier Airlines is truly exemplary, and a great model for partnering the for-profit and non-profit worlds," said Dianna Kunz, President of Volunteers of America. "Today's award has certainly been earned by Frontier through dedication and hard work, but we would be remiss if we didn't mention passion and creativity. The depth of our partnership goes far beyond monetary donations, creating a relationship that taps into the best of human spirit within both organizations." "We are very proud, and humbled, to accept this award on behalf of all of our employees who have been involved with this partnership over the past year," said Jeff Potter, President and CEO for Frontier Airlines. "It is truly a privilege to be able to contribute to an organization that has such a tremendous impact in our community, and the fulfillment that our employees receive in return easily makes us the winners in this relationship. We look forward to many more years of working with Volunteers of America and we appreciate the great honor which they have chosen to bestow on us today." Frontier joins a distinguished list of corporations to receive this award, including Pulte Homes, StarzEncore Group, Neiman Marcus, Liberty Media, Meadow Homes, Metro Taxi, Bank One, Coors Brewing Company, Public Service Company of Colorado and Holme Roberts & Owen law firm, all of whom have received this award in past years.
