Frontier Airlines to Present at Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference 2005


DENVER (June 6, 2005) – Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today announced that Frontier President and CEO, Jeff Potter and Frontier Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Paul Tate, will conduct a presentation at the Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference, being held at the St. Regis Hotel in New York, NY, June 7 through June 9, 2005. Potter and Tate are scheduled to present on Wednesday, June 8 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (EDT).

In conjunction with the appearance, Frontier will webcast the live conference presentation. To access the webcast, visit www.frontierairlines.com and click on the Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference link. The webcast will be archived for 14 days following the conference. Those interested may need to download software, such as RealPlayer or Windows Media Player to access the presentation. In addition, an on-demand copy of the PowerPoint slide presentation will be available in the "Investor Relations" section of Frontier’s Web site at www.frontierairlines.com for 14 days following the conference.
