Frontier Enters Fifth Mexico Destination
DENVER, Colo. (Sept. 4, 2003) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today announced it will further enhance its Mexico service from Denver with new non-stop service to Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo, Mexico. The airline will operate two non-stop flights each week between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH), beginning Jan. 31, 2004. Similar to its other Mexico destinations, Frontier's new service to Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo will offer convenient connections to locations throughout Frontier's coast-to-coast route network.
"As we move into the high-season in Mexico, we are very excited to add the diversity of a destination with the rich culture of Zihuatanejo and the beautiful beaches of Ixtapa," said Sean Menke, vice president of marketing and planning. "We are confident that whether we are bringing vacationers to and from Mexico, or providing non-stop service to any of our U.S. destinations, customers will continue to respond to the level of service, value and flexibility that we bring to each market we enter."
