Aug 31, 2003Frontier Airlines Begins Service to Milwaukee and Orange CountyDENVER (Aug. 31, 2003) Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today welcomes the start of new service between its Denver International Airport (DEN) hub and General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, Wis., as well as John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County, Calif. The new destinations mark Frontier's 39th and 40th cities served from Denver. The airline will operate three daily non-stop flights between MKE and DEN, and three daily non-stops between SNA and DEN. Both destinations will also provide convenient connections beyond Denver to cities across the Frontier network. "Frontier's Orange County service is a great compliment and a flexible alternative to an already strong presence that Frontier has created in Southern California, " said Sean Menke, vice president of marketing and planning. "Similarly, our Milwaukee service brings another top destination to Denver travelers and those throughout our western markets. Combined, the two further reinforce our growth plans and strengthen Frontier's route structure, while bringing much-needed competition and outstanding customer service to cities nationwide."
