Frontier Airlines to Webcast Annual Shareholder Meeting
DENVER (Aug. 29, 2002) Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) invites shareholders and interested parties to attend its annual shareholder meeting or listen in to an on-line, real-time audio Webcast of its annual meeting on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 9:30 a.m. MDT.

WHO: All Frontier Airlines shareholders and parties interested in Frontier are welcome to attend.
WHAT: Frontier Airlines annual shareholder meeting, followed by a question and answer session, featuring Jeff Potter, Frontier Airlines president and chief executive officer and other Frontier executives.
WHEN: Sept. 5, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. (MDT)
WHERE: Doubletree Hotel, 3203 Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado

Participants may need to download Windows Media® to hear the call if this feature has not been previously installed.
