Frontier Airlines Expands Ticket Counter Operation at Denver International Airport


DENVER (May 29, 2002) - Frontier Airlines (NASDAQ: FRNT) today proudly unveiled a new and expanded ticket counter operation at its Denver International Airport (DEN) hub, increasing its current ticket counter space by 50 percent, from 12 check-in positions to 18. As part of the expansion, the airline's ticket counter now encompasses the northernmost end of the East Terminal ticket counter, making it convenient for customers to continue to use the A Concourse bridge when accessing Frontier's flights. In conjunction with today's announcement, the airline also announced it has amended its check-in recommendation for customers departing DIA from two hours to 90 minutes.
