May 9, 2002Frontier Airlines to Webcast Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2002 Earnings ResultsDENVER (May 9, 2002) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today announced that it will conduct a real-time audio Webcast of its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year 2002 earnings conference call on Thursday, May 16, 2002 at 9 a.m. (MDT), followed by a question and answer session with Frontier President and CEO Jeff Potter and other Frontier executives. The airline will release its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year 2002 financial earnings results on Wednesday, May 15, following after-hours trading. The airline's fiscal year 2002 ran from April 1, 2001 to March 31, 2002. To listen to Thursday's call on-line in a listen-only mode, visit Frontier's

homepage. Participants may need to download Windows Media® to hear the call
if this feature has not been previously installed. For those who are unable
to listen to the call during its live broadcast, a replay of the entire conference
call will be available on the airline's Web site for seven days following the
