Frontier Airlines Names Ian Arthur - Senior Director, Marketing and Brand Management
DENVER (Apr. 4, 2002) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today announced the appointment of Ian Arthur to the position of senior director, marketing and brand management. In this newly created position, Arthur, 47, will lead the airline's branding strategy and will report directly to Frontier Vice President of Marketing and Planning Sean Menke.

Arthur most recently served as president/managing partner for Boulder-based
Tretorn, where he was responsible for that company's strategic marketing efforts.
Prior to that, Arthur held a variety of senior marketing positions at Toronto-based
Irwin Toys Ltd., Portland-based Nike. and Boulder-based Head Sports. His experience
also constitutes several other well-known consumer product companies including
Prince, Nordica and Dunlop.
Arthur holds a bachelor of arts honors degree in economics and history from York University, Glendon College in Toronto, Canada. He currently resides in Boulder, Colo. with his wife and three daughters.
