Jan 8, 2002Frontier Keeps Giving for the Holidays with the Return of its Winter White SaleDENVER (Jan. 8, 2002) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) is keeping customers in the holiday spirit by announcing the return of its Winter White Sale for the second time this season. The sale applies to Frontier destinations nationwide and also to select cities served by Frontier codeshare partners Great Lakes Aviation and Mesa Air Group, operating as Frontier JetExpress. Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Jan. 21, 2002 for travel from through 11:59 p.m. (MDT) on June 13, 2002. Fares start as low as $79 one-way, based on a round-trip purchase, for travel from Denver to Albuquerque. Additional sample fares include travel to/from Denver and the white powder slopes of Salt Lake City or Reno/Lake Tahoe for $89 or Seattle for $129. Customers who prefer white sandy beaches can travel to/from Denver to Los Angeles or San Diego for $119, or Frontier's newest destination, Fort Lauderdale, for $132 (service begins Feb. 26, 2002). Fares listed are for travel one-way, based on round-trip purchase. An additional 10 percent discount is also available on all Winter White Sale fares when purchased via Frontier's Web site at www.frontierairlines.com. Tickets purchased from Frontier's Web site must be paid for with a major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The credit card used for payment must be presented by the cardholder upon the first point of airport check-in. Additional sample fares are included in the chart below:
