frontierairlines.com Launches New Look and Services for the New Year

DENVER (Jan. 7, 2002) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) today officially launched its updated Web site at www.frontierairlines.com, with a new look, easier navigation and added on-line services and content. The new site also introduces the Frontier Travel Center in partnership with WWTE, Inc., a division of Travelscape, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Expedia, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPE). The FrontierTravel Center is a user-friendly service that allows customers to book a flight on Frontier, rent a car and reserve a hotel room to complete their travel plans.

The new site, updated by EDS' bluesphere, a division of EDS (NYSE: EDS) which provides interactive Web solutions, enables customers to book a flight with just three clicks of a mouse, making shopping and purchasing Frontier flights fast and simple. In addition, Frontier's on-line flight availability features the lowest one-way fares and will compare prices and calculate customer savings when a round-trip reservation is made.

"Now, Frontier customers have an even easier way to purchase Frontier's lowest fares," said Lowell Miller, director of e-commerce. "With more than 26 percent of Frontier customers booking on frontierairlines.com and 10 percent booking through other on-line Internet sites, we recognize the value and convenience of our Web site and will continue enhancing the site to meet the needs of our customers."

New Features

My Frontier
One of the recent enhancements to the Frontier site includes the addition of "My Frontier." This new section allows visitors to enroll and log in as either a member of Frontier's Business Travel Program, its frequent flyer program (EarlyReturns), or as a travel agent. Each login presents users with an array of features specific to the member category.

Other enhancements of the new site include: at-a-glance category content, an expanded news section, Frontier time tables, frequently asked questions, a list of customer service contacts at the airline, a downloadable version of the airline's contract of carriage and the most recent annual report. Current popular site features such as Frontier Flight Status and weekly Spirit of the Web discounts are also now easier to find and use.

Frontier Travel Center
Customers can now plan an entire trip on frontierairlines.com with the Web site's new Frontier Travel Center. In a partnership with WWTE, Inc., customers who book flights on Frontier Airlines are able to make reservations for hotels and car rentals through WWTE once they complete their reservations with Frontier.

"Providing WWTE's services to Frontier Airlines shows our continuing momentum in supplying our partners with an industry leading hotel and car rental booking solution that's proven among travelers," said Greg Slyngstad, senior vice president of destinations for Expedia, Inc. "The WWTE product will bring even more convenience to Frontier customers who want a great selection of lodging and rental car choices."

Developed by EDS
Frontier Airlines chose EDS to update its Web site and power the enhanced technology platform. The update is the second revision EDS has performed for the airline. The Internet developer also developed the airlines powerful booking engine, VIBE, in 2000.

"We've been very pleased with the opportunity to partner with Frontier Airlines on the new look and feel of their Web site," said Brad Rucker, Executive Director of EDS bluesphere. "This redesign effort has resulted in a broadening of the relationship between Frontier Airlines and EDS and further expands Frontier's ability to give their customers legendary Spirit of the West service at affordable fares. We are excited to be a part of their continuing success
