Dec 10, 2001Frontier Announces Introductory Fare Sale for New Orleans, San Jose, Fort Lauderdale and SacramentoDENVER (Dec. 10, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) today gives new meaning to "The Big Easy," with discounted fares to and from it newest destinations including New Orleans, San Jose, Fort Lauderdale and Sacramento. One-way fares, as low as $89 between Denver and New Orleans, $114 between San Jose and Houston, Dallas or Omaha, $99 between Sacramento and Chicago or Minneapolis and $129 between Fort Lauderdale and Salt Lake City or Reno/Tahoe, make it easy to save on travel to fun destinations. Service to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport begins Feb. 1; San Jose service, operated by Mesa Air Group as Frontier JetExpress is effective Feb. 17; and service to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and Sacramento International Airport begins Feb. 26. These special introductory fares require a round-trip purchase, do not require a Saturday night stay and are available for purchase through Jan. 21. Sale fares apply to tickets purchased via Frontier's Web site, www.frontierairlines.com, as well as those arranged through the airlines' reservations at 800-432-1359 or a professional travel agent. Tickets purchased from Frontier's Web site must be paid for with a major credit card at the time the reservation is made.
