Get Away for Labor Day with Frontier Airlines

DENVER (August 30, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) invites travelers to celebrate Labor Day with friends and family across the nation, with deeply discounted fares to destinations across its route system. The fares are available as part of the airline's "Spirit of the Web" service, a weekly listing of sale fares which are delivered to customers' e-mail or available on Frontier's Web site at www.frontierairlines.com/spirit. Sale fares for the Labor Day Weekend start as low as $119 round-trip between Denver and Salt Lake City; $169 round-trip between Denver and Houston; and $219 round-trip between Denver and Atlanta. Tickets require a round-trip purchase and must be purchased via Frontier Airlines' Web site by 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Aug. 31, 2001 for outbound travel on Sept. 1 or 2, 2001, for return on Sept. 4 or 5, 2001. Fares are valid on specific flights and for specific markets only. All sale fares can be viewed on Frontier's Web site at www.frontierairlines.com/spirit.

Tickets purchased from Frontier's Web site must be paid for by a major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The credit card used for payment must be presented by the cardholder upon the first point of airport check-in. Frontier's Labor Day Sale Fares are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be reissued for a $60 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare. Sale fares require a round-trip purchase; unused one-way tickets have no value. The value of an unused round-trip ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the new applicable fare plus a $60 service charge.

Denver-based Frontier Airlines is the second largest jet service carrier at Denver International Airport, serving 23 cities coast to coast with a fleet of 28 aircraft and employing approximately 2,500 aviation professionals. In June 2001, BusinessWeek ranked Frontier 14th on its list of Hot Growth Companies and in September 2001, Fortune magazine ranked Frontier 41st on its 100 Fastest Growing Companies list.
