Aug 2, 2001Frontier Airlines Announces Management ChangeDENVER (August 02, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Addoms today announced that the airlines Chief Operating Officer Jeff Potter will assume the additional title and responsibilities of president. Potter assumes his new title of president and chief operating officer, effective Monday, Aug. 6 and Addoms will retain the title of chief executive officer. Both are, and will continue as, members of the Companys Board of Directors. "Jeff possesses exemplary leadership skills and was instrumental in building Frontier’s successful business model," explained Addoms. "He has the respect of Frontier’s employees and the confidence of our Board of Directors and we look forward to his continued contributions and guidance." Denver-based Frontier Airlines is the second largest jet service carrier of Denver International Airport, serving 23 cities coast to coast with a fleet of 27 aircraft and employing approximately 2,500 aviation professionals.
