May 24, 2001Frontier Airlines Launches EarlyReturnsSM Frequent Flyer ProgramDENVER (Feb. 1, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) ) today launched its own frequent flyer plan, EarlyReturns, which offers some of the fastest returns and most generous benefits in the industry. To celebrate the new program, the airline is offering a sign-up bonus of 1,500 activation miles for customers who apply for membership and fly on Frontier by May 24, 2001. Customers can earn an additional 500 miles by booking online and flying on Frontier by May 24, 2001. "We're thrilled to offer such a robust frequent flyer package, which offers low redemption levels and fantastic partners," said Manager of EarlyReturns Mona Merchant. "We've already experienced a great deal of interest in our new program, and look forward to enrolling many loyal customers, as well as first-time Frontier fliers."
EarlyReturns members will earn one mile for every mile flown on Frontier, plus additional mileage
with program partners. Award redemptions include a free round-trip flight anywhere on Frontier's
route system at just 15,000 miles. The program also features two tiers of benefit levels:
To apply for the program, customers can visit Frontier's Web site at http://www.frontierairlines.com , obtain an EarlyReturns enrollment form at any Frontier airport counter or call Frontier's EarlyReturns Service Center toll-free hotline at 866-26-EARLY or Frontier's reservations at 800-4321-FLY. Members should begin using their temporary membership card on Frontier flights and with Frontier's program partners on and after Feb. 1, 2001. Permanent membership cards will be sent to members in four to six weeks. Member account statements will be sent to customers every three months, or members can check their statements online at any time. Denver-based Frontier Airlines serves 23 cities coast to coast with a fleet of 25 Boeing 737 jets and employs approximately 2,300 aviation professionals. The airline is the second largest jet service carrier of Denver International Airport with an average of 118 daily systemwide departures and arrivals. Unlike some other airlines, Frontier's low fares do not have a Saturday night stay requirement.
