Frontier Airlines Announces Memorial Day Spirit of the Web Sale Fares


DENVER (May 23, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) is offering a Memorial Day Fare Sale, with deeply discounted fares to destinations across its route system. The fares are available as part of the airline's ``Spirit of the Web'' service, a weekly listing of sale fares which are delivered to customers' E-mail or available on Frontier's Web site at http://www.frontierairlines.com/webfares.html . Sale fares for the Memorial Day Weekend start as low as $139 round-trip between Denver and Phoenix and $249 round-trip between Atlanta and San Francisco. Tickets require a round-trip purchase and must be purchased via Frontier Airlines Web site by 11:59 p.m. (MDT) on May 25, 2001 for outbound travel on May 26 or 27, 2001, for return on June 2, 2001 only. The fares are valid on specific flights and for specific markets only. All sale fares as well as special partner hotel offers can be viewed on Frontier's Web site at http://www.frontierairlines.com/webfares.html .

Tickets purchased from Frontier's Web site must be paid for by a major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The credit card used for payment must be presented by the cardholder upon the first point of airport check-in. Frontier's Memorial Day Sale Fares are non-refundable and non- transferable, but may be reissued for a $60 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare. Sale fares require a round-trip purchase; unused one-way tickets have no value. The value of an unused round-trip ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the new applicable fare plus a $60 service charge.
