Apr 11, 2001Media Update Regarding Frontier Airlines Operations Due to Denver Spring BlizzardDENVER (April 11, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) has issued the following update regarding the Denver spring blizzard. Denver International Airport (DIA) is open and the airline is attempting to resume operations. Several flights from Frontier markets outside of Denver are inbound for Denver. In addition, the airline is currently planning on resuming its operations throughout the day as crewmembers and employees become available and are able to gain access to DIA. Customers are encouraged to call the airline for re-accommodation assistance, and prior to departing for the airport, customers are advised to check Frontier's web site at http://www.frontierairlines.com or call Frontier Airlines' general reservations line at 800-432-1359 for updated flight schedule information. Due to heavy call volume, Frontier's general reservation number may be busy. If you receive a busy signal, please continue to call or go directly to the airline's web site for updates throughout the day. |
