Mar 28, 2001Frontier Airlines Updates Investor Information on Web siteDENVER (March 28, 2001) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) today updated its investor relations information available on its Web site, which can be accessed at http://www.frontierairlines.com . Investor information updated today includes the airline's unaudited total revenue per available seat mile (RASM), operating cost (excluding fuel) per available seat mile and fuel cost per available seat mile for the month ended Feb. 28, 2001. The airline's earnings per share estimate range did not change, and remains at $0.25 - $0.32 (on a post-split basis). The airline plans to update its investor relations information twice each month: once when its traffic results and average fare are compiled, and once when its total revenue per available seat mile, operating cost (excluding fuel) per available seat mile, fuel cost per available seat mile and earnings per share (EPS) estimate are compiled. "We continue to support the Securities and Exchange Commission's Regulation FD, which took effect late last year and calls for providing data for investors on a timely, widely disseminated basis," said Frontier President Sam Addoms. "In addition, we are setting a consistent calendar for monthly updates of our financial performance. Our earnings per share estimate for the quarter ended March 31, 2001 has not changed." Denver-based Frontier Airlines serves 23 cities coast to coast with a fleet of 25 Boeing 737 jets and employs approximately 2,400 aviation professionals. The airline is the second largest jet service carrier of Denver International Airport with an average of 114 daily systemwide departures and arrivals. Frontier recently announced its own frequent flyer program, EarlyReturns, which offers one of the fastest return programs in the industry. Zagat's Airline Survey recently ranked Frontier Airlines as one of the top ten domestic air carriers based on comfort, service and food. In 1999 and 2000, Frontier's maintenance and engineering department received the Federal Aviation Administration's highest award, the Diamond Certificate of Excellence, with 100 percent of its maintenance and engineering employees completing advanced aircraft maintenance training programs.
