"Frontier is deeply committed to enhancing our customers' booking and travel experiences through online tools such as our advanced booking engine and flight status text messaging," said Lowell Miller, director of e-commerce. "One of our on-going goals has been to drive traffic to our Web site where we can pass along great deals to consumers at our lowest available fares. Our partnership with SideStep gives us another opportunity to strengthen that position." "Frontier Airlines is known for offering fares that are typically priced well below the competition, but the power of the Internet to connect Frontier with its potential customers has not been fully realized," noted Brian Barth, SideStep's CEO. "SideStep bridges this gap by enabling Frontier to connect directly with its customers and reduce its distribution costs. At the same time, SideStep empowers consumers with access to more than 90 travel suppliers -- so they can quickly and easily find the best travel deals on the Web."
