Frontier Airlines Offers Fifteen Percent Discount on Fares via Web Site

DENVER (March 9, 2000) - Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) today announced that it will offer a 15 percent discount off select fares to and from the cities of Chicago/Midway, Boston, Portland, Albuquerque and El Paso when tickets are purchased via Frontier's Web site, http://www.frontierairlines.com. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, March 17, 2000 at 11:59 p.m. for any date of travel.

Tickets purchased from Frontier's Web site must be paid for by a major credit card at the time the reservation is made. The credit card used for payment must be presented by the cardholder upon the first point of airport check-in. The discount does not apply to already discounted, senior, "Spirit of the Web" and previously purchased tickets. Frontier's lower-priced restricted fares are non-refundable and non-transferable, but may be reissued for a $60.00 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare.

Denver-based Frontier Airlines commenced operations on July 5, 1994. Unlike other airlines, Frontier's low fares do not have a Saturday night stay requirement. In addition, Frontier offers frequent flyer miles in Continental Airlines' OnePass® program. The airline currently serves 20 cities coast to coast with a fleet of 22 Boeing 737 jets and employs approximately 2,000 travel professionals. Frontier's Web site may be viewed at http://www.frontierairlines.com.
