"The Galileo system marks the second GDS offering Frontier electronic ticketing capability," said Frontier's Vice President of Marketing Jeff Potter. There are four global distribution systems (GDS) and with the addition of the Galileo system, Frontier e-tickets are currently available on two of the systems. The airline anticipates that the third GDS, Worldspan, will offer e-ticket capabilities by late fall and the fourth GDS, SABRE, will offer e-ticket capabilities by the end of March 2000. Frontier's schedules and fares are displayed in all four of the major global distribution systems used by travel agents.
