Luke replaces Pam Olsen, who was recently appointed Frontier city manager for Dallas/Fort Worth. Luke's prior assignment with Frontier was at New York's LaGuardia Airport, where she served as a customer service agent. Luke possesses two years of hotel management experience and speaks four Indian languages. Her new responsibilities will include the overall supervision of Frontier's operations at Baltimore International Airport. "Helena's experience at our LaGuardia station, coupled with her overall travel industry experience and leadership skills, will enable Frontier to maintain its excellent standard at our Baltimore station, as set by the prior manager, Pam Olsen," said Red Barringer, vice president station operations and customer service. Denver-based Frontier Airlines commenced operations on July 5, 1994. Unlike other airlines, Frontier's low fares do not have a Saturday night stay requirement. In addition, Frontier offers frequent flier mileage points in Continental Airlines OnePass program.
