DENVER (Nov. 23, 1998) -- ; Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) today announced
the appointment of Pam Gardner to Director, Customer Service Training and Development.
Gardner, 43, formerly held the title of Director, Inflight Services. In her
new role, she will be responsible for the overall direction of Frontier's training,
including customer service, inflight and reservations programs. In addition,
Gardner will develop and implement leadership and mentoring programs for Frontier
employees. Gardner will report to Vice President of Marketing Jeff Potter.
"Pam has been instrumental in developing our inflight training and service department. In
addition, our flight attendants' demonstrated excellence is evidence of Pam's leadership skills and
attention to detail," said Frontier President Sam Addoms. "It is my personal goal that
