Oct 5, 1998Frontier Airlines Announces Travel America Fare SaleDENVER (October 5, 1998) -- ; Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) today announced its Travel America Fare Sale offering fares as low as $99 one-way, based on a roundtrip purchase, for travel from Denver to Phoenix. These fares are based on a 7-day advance purchase, must be purchased by October 17, 1998 and paid for within 24 hours of booking. Travel is good from October 12 through February 11, 1999. Passenger facility charges of up to $12 are not included in these fares and holiday blackouts and other restrictions apply. Once purchased, these fares are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be reissued for a $60 change fee plus any applicable difference in fare. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for these special fare tickets. "Frontier's Travel America fares do not require an overnight or minimum stay-perfect for next week's business meeting or a weekend getaway trip," said Jeff Potter, vice president of marketing.
