“Auld Lang Syne” Means Sale at Frontier Airlines



Fares across the U.S. and Mexico as low as $29* each way

DENVER, January 03, 2011 - As we kick off 2011, Frontier’s favorite “spokeanimals” are singing their favorite tune, “Auld Lang Syne,” which means it’s time for the best sale of the year … so far! Frontier Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:RJET), today launched a five-day sale across the United States and Mexico with fares as low as $29* each way! Sale-priced tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan. 7, 2011, for travel through March 10, 2011. Tickets are available for purchase at FrontierAirlines.com.

“We wanted to kick the new year off right with one of the biggest and best sales of the year,” said Ian Arthur, Vice President of Marketing and Branding. “With sale fares to destinations across the United States and Mexico our guests can begin the new year traveling to see family and friends, or to a secluded beach in Mexico.”

* Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, January 7, 2011. Fares shown are each way for travel through March 10, 2011 for flights operating on Monday through Thursday. A 7-day advance applies. Seats are limited at these fares and certain flights and/or days of travel may be unavailable, especially during busy travel periods. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but may be reissued for up to a $100 change fee (depending on the fare type purchased) as well as a possible fare increase to a non-promotional fare type. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for these special fare tickets. Flight segment(s) must be cancelled prior to scheduled departure time or the ticket(s) and all monies will be forfeited.

Fares shown reflect purchase at FrontierAirlines.com. Tickets purchased on Frontier’s website must be paid for at the time the reservation is made. Depending on the fare type purchased, a $20 fee may be charged each way for the first and for the second pieces of checked baggage. Fares do not include passenger facility fees of up to $9 each way, the September 11th Security Fee of up to $5 each way, or fees of $3.70 per segment (one takeoff/one landing), and are subject to change without notice.

Some markets do not offer daily connections. Due to schedule changes, markets may not connect throughout the valid travel period. Omaha-St. Petersburg nonstop seasonal service begins January 15, 2011. Omaha-San Diego nonstop seasonal service begins January 16, 2011.

**International Flights

Fares are each way for travel through March 10, 2011. Service to/from Mexico may be less than daily. Maximum stay for Mexico travel is 120 days. Maximum stay is 120 days for Mexico travel, 90 Days for Costa Rica Travel. All international fares are subject to U.S. arrival and departure taxes. Agricultural, immigrations and customs fees of up to $55 roundtrip are not included. For travel to some countries, additional airport, transportation, embarkation, security and passenger service taxes/surcharges of up to $175 apply. For return travel from some countries, airport and/or departure taxes of up to $45 may be collected by the foreign government. Denver-Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo nonstop seasonal service begins January 15, 2011.

Flights are operated by Frontier Airlines, Republic Airlines, Lynx Aviation or Chautauqua Airlines. Some flights go through or connect in Denver, Kansas City, Milwaukee or Omaha. Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. Other restrictions may apply.
