Frontier Airlines Reports November 2011 Traffic
INDIANAPOLIS, December 07, 2011 - Frontier Airlines, a subsidiary of Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary traffic results for November 2011. Frontier’s traffic increased 6%, to 1.0 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), while capacity was down 2%, at 1.1 billion available seat miles (ASMs). Frontier Airlines served 1.2 million passengers in November, a 5% increase from November 2010. November had a load factor of 88% compared to 81% in the same month last year. It was Frontier’s fifth consecutive record monthly load factor.
