Fly Frontier Nonstop from Denver to Punta Cana

DENVER, June 09, 2012 - Frontier Airlines today launched new nonstop seasonal service between Denver (DEN) and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ), taking the number of nonstop Frontier routes from Denver to a record 68, and increasing the airline’s international destinations served from Denver to eight. The service will operate Saturdays beginning today and continuing through August 4, 2012.

“With the launch of service to Punta Cana, Frontier will be the only carrier offering nonstop service from Denver to the Caribbean,” said David Siegel, president and chief executive officer of Frontier. “We are proud to be Denver’s only hometown, low-fare carrier and we’re confident our customers will enjoy traveling nonstop to Punta Cana aboard our comfortable Airbus aircraft with DIRECTV® service and the extra legroom our STRETCH seating provides.”

The new service will operate on 138-seat Airbus 319 aircraft – featuring 24 channels of DIRECTV® service with three channels of hit movies available at every seas, as well as five rows of comfortable STRETCH seating with an additional 5 to 7 inches of legroom and the airline’s new SELECT seating product.
