Frontier Airlines today unveiled FlyFrontier.com
as the airline’s new website address. The announcement comes as the
Denver-based carrier continues to improve and further differentiate the
products offered through its website, making FlyFrontier.com
the best place to book Frontier travel for more choice, more perks and
more value.
“We’ve really focused on further improving our website, adding features
that will enhance the overall customer travel experience – including
some features that are now only available to customers who book their
travel at FlyFrontier.com,” said David Siegel, Frontier’s President and
CEO. “Booking at FlyFrontier.com is the best choice as it’s the only
place you can book Frontier travel where you’ll get an advanced seat
assignment, earn more EarlyReturns® miles, and enjoy more choice
in your overall travel experience.”
Beginning today, customers who purchase Frontier’s lowest available fare
on FlyFrontier.com
can continue to have access to Frontier’s current Economy, Classic, and
Classic Plus fare options. With these, customers will always select a
seat assignment at booking, earn 100 percent of their EarlyReturns
miles, and expect lower fees for travel changes and other services. For
customers purchasing Frontier’s lowest fares through outside booking
channels, Frontier has implemented a new Basic fare option. With the
Basic fare option, customers will get their seat assigned at check-in,
earn 50 percent EarlyReturns miles, and pay higher fees.
FlyFrontier.com will continue to be the only place customers can book
Frontier’s popular Classic and Classic Plus fares, which feature two
complimentary checked bags, free access to premium seating options and

will enjoy the added benefit of curbside baggage drop at Denver
International Airport, Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, Los
Angeles International Airport and Washington Regan National Airport.
Frontier is pleased to announce it is reducing all award redemption
levels for its EarlyReturns members, effective today. Frontier is
making these changes to increase value for its loyal travelers. The
standard domestic roundtrip mileage redemption will drop to 20,000 miles
from 25,000 and a standard domestic one-way award will drop to 10,000
miles. All international roundtrip award tickets will also be reduced by
5,000 miles. Frontier Airlines MasterCard holders will also enjoy the
exclusive benefit of booking a companion ticket for 5,000 less miles.
